We need disabled access for all mirror booths due to OHS (ramps/elevator or flat surface).
We reserve the right to ask anyone that is exposing themselves offensively to us whist operating the booth to please keep their clothes on. If they refuse, we will notify the person in charge of the event (Client) for them to discuss with the person concerned, and should it continue, we may need to close the booth.
We give permission for Mirror Booth Australia to use any photographs taken during the event for display, reproduction, advertisement and marketing purposes, unless stated otherwise in writing submitted to Mirror Booth Australia.
Any wilful damage to the booth by inappropriate behaviour of guests will be not tolerated, and damage caused will need to be covered by the client.
Should you wish to have social media sharing of images onsite, we are not liable for the content of images shared. The alternative for the mirror booths is we can email you, the client, a private link to all images that you can share personally. Additionally, a USB of images is provided.
Gif booth or social media shared images requiring onsite uploads that are shared by sms or email are available only when proper internet speeds are present. When not, shares will queue and send when speeds resume.
Our booths need to have to suitable access to parking for the duration of the booking (including 1 hour before and 1 hour after your booked time) and the facility to unload and transport the booth to the actual location.
This means that we need to be able to access the venue, and park and exit at appropriate times, and as such any bookings in the city requested for NYE, during Vivid Festival, or at a venue where parking or access could be problematical, may require us to have a an additional second driver which will attract a fee of $250.
