We need disabled access for all mirror booths due to OHS (ramps/elevator or flat surface).

We give permission for Mirror Booth Australia to use any photographs taken during the event for display, reproduction, advertisement and marketing purposes, unless stated otherwise in writing submitted to Mirror Booth Australia.

Any wilful damage to the booth by inappropriate behaviour of guests will be not tolerated, and damage caused will need to be covered by the client.

For the safety of our staff, we reserve the right to ask anyone who is exposing themselves to us whilst operating the booth to please keep their clothes on. If that fails, we will refer to the clients for guidance.

We are not liable for the content of images shared online by guests of themselves or others at the event.

All booths require suitable access to the internet (we bring our own wifi) but sometimes you may be in a dead area for coverage and therefore any shares will queue and send when we are in the internet zone. A general rule will be if you can’t send a text yourself then nor can we. (We use Vodafone networks).

Our booths need to have to suitable access to parking for the duration of the booking (including 1 hour before and 1 hour after your booked time) and the facility to unload and transport the booth to the actual location and any parking fees must be covered.

This means that we need to be able to access the venue, and park and exit at appropriate times, and as such any bookings in the city requested for NYE, during Vivid Festival, or at a venue where parking or access could be problematical, will require us to have a an additional second driver which will attract a fee of $250.
